Storing & Restoring Controller Shapes

In this video I show how I save and bring back controller shapes in my rigging setup.

At the start, you'll see a simple class I use to store stuff like the curve's degree, spans, and form — basically all the important bits to rebuild the shape later.

By caching this info and using a cached (cc) attribute, the curve can get rebuilt with the right number of CVs and degree even if things change.

It's super handy when you want your controllers to stay consistent across different rigs or versions.

If you're into rigging or building tools in Maya, you might find this trick pretty useful.
